Friedrichstadt-Mural-Tour

From November 2011 to June 2012, a total of ten house walls were realized in Dresden’s Friedrichstadt under the title “City Bilder – Kunst auf Brandwänden” (City Images – Art on Fire Walls). Two or more artists collaborated for each wall. With a painted wall surface of over 2,500 square meters, one of the largest public galleries of contemporary murals in Europe was created.  The public gallery continues to grow to this day. A mural collaboration by Mono Gonzalez, Dabtar and Gregor was created in 2014. The San Pedaleone mural was created in 2021 as a collaboration between MRFIJODOR, Collettivo FX and Jens Besser.
